Remote Learning starts next week! Even though we technically started yesterday, here is some clarification you might need to support your learning in this and other classes:
- Click to see the Remote Learning Schedule. Expect to hear from all your teachers this week.
- Remote Learning for regular classes starts Monday, April 6th with 1st hour from 9-11:00 AM and 2nd hour from 12:15-2:15 PM. You are expected to attend class each day and complete assignments and activities.

- Our class has moved primarily to Microsoft Teams. You can get the app on your phone or computer. You can also access it from your PSD150 email account by clicking the waffle in the upper left corner (where you can also access Word Online). More instructions about how to use Teams are here (click!).
- Follow these steps to access Teams:
- Go to psd150.org

This course will continue on Microsoft Teams. STUDENTS NEED ACCESS TO THEIR 150 email accounts and their Microsoft Teams accounts as we move to a virtual classroom learning system. Instructions for logging in are here (Student login info). I highly suggest download the Microsoft Teams app for your computer/laptop/tablet/phone! Check this page of the website regularly for updates and general information.
Some important notes about our online course:
- Most of the work assigned on MS Teams can be done independently on your own time. That does not mean you are completely on your own. I will assign some collaborative work, and you can always ask me for help through email or through the Chat function on Teams (more to follow on that).
- I'd like to meet for a Chat with the whole class at least once a week. I'll contact you about arranging that.
- Assignments are posted on Teams with due dates (by 11:59 PM). Late work will not be accepted. Please be aware of the due dates.
- When you submit/share assignments, make sure the file name is correct (lastname assignment name class period) and that your name is on the document or whatever it is you are submitting.
- For each chapter in the textbook that is assigned, I expect you to read and take notes. You may use your textbook and notes for assignments unless otherwise instructed.
- I will set office hours to be available for you. TBA
